Cooks are responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and cooking menu items. The Cook is also responsible for the final plate preparation and presentation.
As a Cook, you will :
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables
- Know and comply with Luna Grill Cooking standard
- Follow proper plate presentation for all dishes
- Handle, store and rotate all food properly
- Understand how to open and close the kitchen and follows all kitchen station checklists
Our Cooks need to :
- Possess the highest quality of food standards both in cooking methods and presentation.
- Stand and / or walk for an entire shift - From bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Works with a sense of urgency, and is able to multi task throughout their shift
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members
