Graphic Design and Media Specialist

Key Role :

Produce graphic designs, using a variety of te chn iques and sof tware, for both print and electronic communication, including promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials, distributed through a variety of media outlets.

Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts and limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity.

Refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision.

Basic Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience with designing, developing, producing, and deploying podcasts, videography, and media
• Experience with creating graphics illustrations, user interfaces, design layouts, and visual aids
• Experience with Visual C#, Visual Basic, ASP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and Micro sof t SQL
• Ability to create solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications :

• Experience with designing promotional materials to support customer conferences and supported working groups, writing groups, and spe cia l functions
• Experience with developing scripts for web applications and sites developed using HyperText Markup Language ( HTML ) 5, Cascading Style, Sheets 3, Extensible Markup Language ( XML ) , JavaScript ( JS ) , Asynchronous JavaScript and XML ( AJAX ) , and JQuery within the Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 environment
• Master's degree

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;

TS / SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
