Employment Type : Full-Time
Base Salary plus Commission
Compensation $32,000 base salary plus commission
This is an in-office job. No remote work available.
We are located in Stamford, CT. Within walking distance of the Stamford train station.
The position is 5 days per week, alternating Saturdays required.
Position Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Answer Phone calls, assist customers with questions, pricing and orders.
- Provide phone, email and in-person customer support.
- Follow up on sales transactions.
- Enter Invoices
The available position requires an individual who is energetic, driven and passionate for success, Well organized and responsible.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and people skills both written and oral.
- Detail-oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Self -Thinker
- Computer Skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a PLUS.
