Customer Service Specialist / Dispatcher
Who is 1-Tom-Plumber?
1-Tom-Plumber is a 24 / 7 emergency drain clearing, water damage mitigation and plumbing maintenance company providing services to both Commercial and Residential clients.
Mission of the Position
The CSR or Customer Service Representative is on the front line voice of our brand and represents the communications center of daily operations, including Dispatching technicians across Long Island.
Superstars in this role successfully manage the dynamic day-to-day workflow efficiently, including general office duties, while providing best-in-class service to our clients.
Reports to : General Manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Answer inbound client phone calls; provide solution-oriented responses and feedback to clients regarding service inquiries.
- Schedule and prioritize jobs for technicians, based on skills and locations.
- Primary contact for field technicians calling in for assistance.
- Make outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments.
- Owns client concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
- Daily Invoice Review, Estimate Follow-Up and A / R Collections.
- Administrative Office work and Marketing tasks.
Qualifications :
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Tech Savvy. Quick learner of software applications.
- Self-motivated, with a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
- Able to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Obsessed with Details
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
