Overview

We are seeking an APP Clinical Manager to act as a liaison between the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery p roviders and the service line leadership.

This position will include both clinical and leadership responsibilities supporting the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery department in Greater Indianapolis.

Position Details :

  • Full-time, Day Shift Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm No weekends or call
  • 5% inpatient; 95% outpatient
  • Team includes 25 physicians and 16 advanced practice providers

Responsibilities :

APP Clinical Managers oversee APP scheduling, professional development opportunities, recruitment, coordinating onboarding for new hires, clinical supervision, and team dynamics.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree required
  • Must be BC
  • ACNP, CNS, FNP, NNP, PNP, WHNP, certification required
  • APP Leader or team leader in primary or surgical practice preferred
  • Academic practice experience preferred
  • A new graduate would be considered assuming the individual has leadership experience in Nursing or appropriate medical leadership role
