Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience when working with a mature audience
- Ability to work within designated business hours and manage time effectively
- Must reside within 2 hours of Ocala, Orlando, or Port Richey to pick up required equipment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer service platforms
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping seniors understand their healthcare options
