Position : Customer Onboarding Engineer
Location : Santa Clara, CA (Remote)
Duration : 03+ Months (possible extension)
Job Description :
- Work with Splunk applications and add-ons to fulfill customer needs
- Develop Splunk dashboards to monitor usage and trends of Splunk Applications
- Support solutions for Splunk add-ons deployments
- Communicate with customers to ensure success
- Partner with business application teams to enable customers and complete orders
- The Splunk engineer will work with other teams to perform troubleshooting and provide assistance with the creation of Splunk search queries and dashboards
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Splunk
- Great communication skills - verbal and written
- Experience with Splunk applications and add-ons
- Experience developing Splunk search queries in the SPL query language, and developing dashboards in Splunk.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, logic, and analytical skills
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
