Our client, a leading manufacturer in the stainless steel industry, is seeking an accomplished Vice President Sales (National) to drive growth and expand their market presence in the USA.

With over five decades of expertise and a global footprint, our client specializes in manufacturing high-quality stainless steel bars, wire, and welding wire, serving diverse industries worldwide.

Candidate Profile :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience in the stainless steel welding wire industry.

Proven track record in sales strategy development and implementation.

Strong techno-commercial sales skills with expertise in customer relationship management.

Deep understanding of welding wire products, including technical specifications, features, and applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Effective presentation and communication skills.

Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.

Salary Range : Competitive, in line with industry standards and commensurate with experience.

Job Description : As the Vice President Sales (National), you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales strategy and achieving revenue goals for our client's high-quality stainless steel welding wire across the USA.

Key responsibilities include :

Developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve business objectives.

Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, welding houses, OEMs, automotive producers, and other key stakeholders.

Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating sales contracts, and expanding customer base.

Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic initiatives.

Providing exceptional customer service by offering technical support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Delivering regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales efforts with product development and customer needs.

Target Customer :

Distributors and welding houses

OEMs producing welding electrodes and wires (private labeling)

Automotive exhaust producers

Large-scale fabrication plants purchasing 100K 200K lbs annually

Compensation :

Salary : 100K+ , annually
