Compensation : Up to $45.00 per hour, dependent upon skill set and credentials

Position Summary : As a Commercial HVAC / R Service Technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service every time.

Primary responsibilities are to perform maintenance for commercial refrigeration systems.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess :

• Minimum of 5 years of all forms of HVAC / R installation and refrigeration experience is required (experience must be documentable)
• Documentable experience working with walk-in and reach-in coolers / freezers, ice machines, beer chillers, and other commercial refrigeration units
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities
• EPA certification
• Propane / Natural Gas license
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and tests

Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
