  • Competitive pay : $140,000–$170,000 annually
  • Shift Days : Monday–Friday
  • Shift time : Standard business hours, onsite presence required in San Francisco

  • Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience / training)
  • Certification

  • Epic Cadence certification
  • Epic Referral & Authorization certification
  • Epic MyChart certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Epic Decision Tree Badge (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Epic Ambulatory certification
  • Experience

  • 3–5 years of related clinical applications experience or equivalent combination of education / training
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling, referrals, and self-scheduling (open and direct scheduling) workflow build
  • Experience supporting Ambulatory Orders workflows in integrated scheduling / referrals
  • Experience designing decision trees, workflows, and conversion validation
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Responsibilities

  • Configure, support, and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling workflows
  • Serve as the primary analyst for Cadence, Referrals, and self-scheduling projects
  • Support referral management and patient self-scheduling workflows (open and direct scheduling)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams to resolve integration issues (especially Ambulatory Orders)
  • Analyze, test, and validate Epic upgrades and new releases for operational impact
  • Partner with operational leaders to design scalable workflow improvements in patient access
  • Provide user support, workflow documentation, and training across professional and technical levels
