Join our talented team today as a Weekend Server at Augustana Apartments of Minneapolis! We offer guaranteed hours and will train for this position! We welcome candidates from all industries, including restaurant workers and anyone with a passion for providing great customer service.

Our building is located on the bus line in the heart of historic Elliot Park Neighborhood. We offer free parking and staff have easy access to various public transportation options.

Augustana Apartments of Minneapolis, an independent and assisted living campus in Minneapolis, is hiring compassionate Servers to serve our residents, employees, and family member's meals.

Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike.

There are Part-Time positions available working every other weekend. No Late Nights!

Saturdays : 11 : 00 am to 6 : 30 pm; 3 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 pm

Sundays : 7 : 00 am to 2 : 00 pm; 10 : 00 am to 2 : 00 pm

Server responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Take resident orders and serve meals when orders are ready.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Assemble items needed for meals and deliver meal carts to appropriate areas.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Server skills and requirements :

• Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Restaurant experience a plus!
