We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Application Development Project Manager / Lead in Columbus, Ohio.
The role involves leading and strategizing high-level program initiatives within our telecom provider company. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing multiple project teams, developing project scopes, and managing cross-project initiatives, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligning with organizational objectives
- Develop and implement program assessment protocols for continuous evaluation and improvement
- Uphold organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Oversee multiple project teams to ensure program goals are achieved
- Collaborate closely with project sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and budget for new initiatives
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and manage budgets for projects, ensuring delivery against established business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks and produce program reports.
