The Opportunity

Stevens Foster Financial Advisors is seeking a Client Account Manager (CAM) to join our collaborative advisory team. This role is ideal for an experienced financial professional who combines strong relationship management with technical skills in financial planning, investment coordination, and tax forecasting.

As a CAM, youll work directly with high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives to manage complex financial relationships. Youll lead client meetings, translate sophisticated analysis into clear guidance, and ensure every aspect of each clients planfrom cash flow to equity compensation to tax strategystays aligned and on track.

Our firm is intentionally small and highly integrated. We bring together tax, planning, and investment expertise under one roof to deliver comprehensive, fiduciary advice. The CAM plays a central role in making that integration seamless.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a select group of high-net-worth and corporate executive clients.
  • Lead client meetings, translating complex financial data and recommendations into clear, actionable plans.
  • Coordinate across tax, investment, and financial planning teams to ensure every aspect of the clients strategy is integrated and accurate.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support proactive planning and tax forecasting.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies related to equity compensation, deferred compensation, and executive benefit plans.
  • Identify and convert qualified referrals and introductions into new client relationships.
  • Maintain precise documentation, manage workflows, and uphold fiduciary and compliance standards.

What Youll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking, serving high-net-worth or corporate executive clients.
  • Bachelors degree required; advanced credentials (CFP, CPA / PFS, or ChFC) strongly preferred.
  • Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • Strong technical ability in financial modeling and plan development.
  • Proven ability to interpret and integrate complex executive compensation structuresincluding stock options, restricted shares, deferred compensation, and bonus planswithin holistic financial strategies.
  • Broad understanding of investment management, retirement, and tax planning.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the confidence to advise senior-level professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsclear, composed, and client-focused.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex relationships simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to fiduciary standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Compensation is structured as a competitive base salary in the $80,000$90,000 range, commensurate with experience and credentials, plus an annual bonus based on individual and firm performance. This structure reflects the technical expertise and relationship management skills required to serve high-net-worth and executive clients within an integrated advisory team.
