Title : Nurse Practitioner (Full-time and Per Diem Available)
Location : Cleveland, OH
Hours - 4 hour or 8 hour shift between 8-5 or 9-6PM
Length of engagement - until the end of the year
Rate : Competitive
This job will have the following responsibilities :
- Responsible for administering and completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) to veterans
- Responsible for performing medication reconciliation, diagnostic testing, and face to face examinations
- Additional duties as needed
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Must have a Master's Degree in Nursing
- Must have an active OH APRN license in good standing
- Must be board certified through the ANCC or AANP
- Agreement for a collaborating or supervising physician, where applicable
