Bartender
THE TURN HOUSE in Columbia MD is seeking a part-time or full-time BARTENDER.
Do you like connecting with guests and helping them have a great experience? Do you have a few years of bartending & cocktail crafting experience?

Job Overview :
- If you are an enthusiastic team player who will go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction, you've found the perfect place to work!
- As a BARTENDER, you must be friendly, and outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Create craft cocktails according to our recipes.
- Possess fluency in different categories of liquor - bourbons, tequilas, gins, etc and discusses flavor profiles with guests.
- Work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
- You should be a multi-tasker who is sales-oriented, organized, and efficient, who takes pride in your work ethic and shows dedication to your job and your team.
- Cash handling, accurate order taking, and making great recommendations to guests for food and drinks.
- Resets the bar and performs light cleaning and organization tasks.
- Previous experience is a must.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be committed to at least 3 shifts / week and full weekend availability is a must.
