- Job Description Handle personal injury defense litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision.
- Manage all aspects of discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery.
- Appear independently for court appearances, depositions, and hearings.* Collaborate with the legal team to meet client and firm goals. Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury defense experience.* Licensed to practice law in California.* Strong litigation skills, including experience with discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
