Are you an estate planning attorney with a flair for talking to clients and closing deals? Or maybe a solo practitioner who's tired of the grunt work that comes with running a practice?

We specialize in developing estate plans for mid to high-earning individuals, families, and business owners. Our practice areas include wills, trusts, asset protection, wealth preservation, probate, MassHealth Medicaid applications, guardianship, and conservatorship.

We're here to help people through a process that can be complex and stressful, and we're passionate about making it as easy as possible.

• Our workweek is Monday-Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday 8 am to 4 pm. We don't do nights or weekends.

What We're Looking for :

• A go-getter with a passion for sales and the ability to "close the deal".
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney.
• Estate Planning and / or Elder Law experience is strongly preferred.
• Confidence, compassion, and the drive to help people.
• Membership of the Massachusetts Bar.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead the sales process in the initial client meeting.
• Propose and design tailored estate plans for clients.
• Pass on legal work to staff attorneys and focus on growing your own client list.
• Cultivate and nurture referral partner relationships, including financial advisors and insurance / annuity brokers.
• Contribute to our marketing efforts, including creating posts for social media platforms, writing articles, blogs, and case studies.

• Training in drafting complex estate planning documents, MassHealth Medicaid applications, elder law practices, and legal marketing processes.
