Licensure / Certification Qualifications :

Required Qualifications :

1 year Home Health Aide and / or Nursing Assistant Registered experience required unless recently certified required

Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification or the ability to obtain in one month from hire date

Active certification on the Wisconsin State Registry with the ability to obtain certification on the Minnesota Registry within 3 months of hire date, OR Active certification on the Minnesota State Registry with the ability to obtain certification on the Wisconsin State Registry within one year of hire

Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through appropriate licensing agency

Proof of current motor vehicle insurance

Job Location : Support Services Building

Shift Rotation : Day / Eve Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start / End : 0800 / 1630

Hours Per Pay Period : Casual

Compensation Range : $16.72 - $21.58 / hour

Union : SMMC Main Service Workers Local 70 (SMSVW)

FTE : 0

Weekends : occasional
