POSITION SUMMARY :
To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Patient Experience and Care Center Managers, Department and staff and maintain departmental databases, records, files, and documentation preparation of annual operating budgets along with detailed monthly reports and analysis needed for Management to monitor hospital operations.
EDUCATION :
High school diploma or equivalent with an Associates Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field or certification from a secretarial school.
EXPERIENCE :
Previous business office experience required.
SPECIAL SKILLS :
Proficient in Excel and familiar with Windows environment. Proficient with Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint or graphics software.
Good problem solving, analytical and organizational skills required. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and in writing).
Ability to effectively interact with customers to meet their needs. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and cooperatively in a team environment.
Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to customer’s needs.
Uses discretion in confidential matters and maintains confidentiality as required.
