About the Role

As our Asphalt Plant Ground person, you will work hands-on in a dynamic environment, ensuring our plant runs efficiently and safely. You will be trained to operate various types of equipment, perform maintenance, and assist in production. Whether you're cleaning up the site, supporting the crew, or learning to operate loaders and bobcats, you'll be at the heart of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to all state and federal safety regulations (DOT, OSHA, MSHA, and others)

Take on other duties as assigned to support plant operations
