- Responsible for maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.- Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Assist in preparing operating rooms for surgeries, including organizing surgical instruments and equipment.- Monitor patient's vital signs and assist with patient positioning during procedures.
- Provide post-operative care instructions and support to patients and family members.- Ability to adapt to variable shift schedules as required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
