Descrição
- Analyze and assess SAP system processes and functional requirements as well as support the departments with regards to their use of SAP;
- Design and evaluate process requirements and implement solutions, configure, modify and coordinate testing;
- Research, develop and propose short and long term solutions for SAP system requirements;
- Respond to reports of operational problems and requests for assistance, analyze and solve current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements;
- Track and fully document changes, write detailed procedures for permanent records and for use in training;
- Co-lead the WM and SCM Key User Community, together with Functional Owner;
- Align, support and keep close contact with your peer SAP Business Analysts with respect to system support, change requests and projects.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification;
- At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience with ERP systems;
- Solid professional experience in SAP-LE module support including configuration, knowledge of interfaces with other areas such as PP, MM, SD;
- Implementation of at least two full lifecycle implementations as SAP SCM functional consultant;
- Thorough experience and understanding of warehousing and staging processes of raw materials into production execution and shipping processes.
- Support provided on the shop floor is considered a plus;
- EDI knowledge with regards to (finished goods) warehouse;
- Advanced in English (verbal and written);
- Strong communication skills are required.
