Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal document preparation, communication with clients and third parties, conducting research, and reviewing documents.
The Paralegal will need to work closely with the attorneys to ensure the highest level of client service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Experience with legal document preparation and document review
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A paralegal certificate or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with estate planning and business law is a plus
