We are currently seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer who will be responsible for assessing the quality and reliability of our software products.

In This Role, You Will

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional, cross-site team of developers and product owners.
  • Review software requirements, designs, and code with a focus on testability and finding problems early.
  • Conduct exploratory testing sessions to uncover defects, assess software behavior under different conditions, and identify potential risks.
  • Design and perform tests based on requirements as well as document and perform all software test and verification work meeting company procedures and applicable regulations and standards.
  • Participate in planning and estimation activities.

The Required Qualifications For The Job Include

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with test protocol authoring and exploratory testing.
  • Comfort learning new tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience with :

  • Context-driven testing environments and / or training (e.g. Rapid Software Testing, Black Box Software Testing).
  • Projects that involve both software and hardware components.
  • Design of Experiments or other statistical or risk-based approaches to evaluating systems.
  • Software verification of medical devices and working knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulation.
