With flexible 8 to 12-hour shifts available, you can tailor your work schedule to fit your lifestyle. Plus, we offer competitive pay ranging from $20 to $23 per hour!

Your role will be essential in providing top-notch, non-medical home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you’ll engage with clients and offer companionship, enhance their daily living experience, and play a crucial part in fostering their independence.

What a Day in Your Life as a Home Care Aide Looks Like :

  • Providing personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting with meal preparation to ensure balanced nutrition.
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social outings to keep their spirits high.
  • Engaging in meaningful conversations and activities that light up their day.
  • Light housekeeping to maintain a tidy and safe living environment.

Requirements

Qualifications We're Looking For :

  • A cell phone with internet access for easy communication and scheduling
  • Outstanding organizational & communication skills to connect with clients and team
  • Preferred but not required certifications : CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED

  • Hourly Rate : $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.

  • Flexible Schedule : Full-time or part-time, based on your availability and travel preferences
