Level Ahead ABA is seeking a professional BCBA / LBA who is passionate about providing high-quality and ethical ABA therapy! We are an in-home provider, working with individuals from age 2-21, currently servicing clients in NY, NE and GA.
BCBAs are responsible for supervising client cases for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. This involves creating and implementing programming, behavior intervention plans, caregiver coaching, and supervising a team of behavior technicians.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments
Create comprehensive treatment plans including function-based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs
Train, supervise, and guide behavior technicians in implementation of your prescribed treatment / behavior plans
Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed
Ensure accurate electronic data is reflective of client's progress on our data collection platform
Provide ABA strategy coaching and support to parents and other caregivers
Coordinate treatment with other members of client's team
Qualifications
Current and active BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable)
Completed BACB-approved 8-hour supervision training prior to start of employment
Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism
Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc.
Strong supervisory and management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers
Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
Access to reliable transportation, ability to travel
Experience with Central Reach (preferred)
