Job Description
Our very busy Dermatology practice is seeking an exceptional, professional team player tojoin our front desk team. Our Front Desk associate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, be a multi tasker andprovide 5-star customer service.
Duties :
- Check in / out
- Answering multi-line phones
- Verify insurances
- Scanning
- Handle high call volume
- Other office duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work well with multiple physicians and be a team player.
- Must be friendly, punctual and ablet o multitask and perform awide variety of front desk activities.
- Dermatology Front Desk experience is preferred.

Experience :
1-2 years of front desk experience preferable
Education :
- High school diploma or equivalent
