A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Pharmacy Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer strategy and management of pharmacy trade channel activities, focusing on specialty and independent mental health pharmacies
Develop and execute comprehensive pharmacy trade channel strategies and build relationships with key pharmacy networks
Oversee the pharmacy trade team, establishing performance goals and coordinating with other departments to ensure optimal patient access to products
Required Qualifications
BS / BA degree in life sciences, finance / accounting, or related field with 15+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, or PharmD / Master's with 13+ years, or PhD with 10+ years of similar experience
Proven experience in pharmacy trade channel management and successful partnerships with pharmacy stakeholders
Strong understanding of specialty pharmaceutical distribution models and pharmacy operations
Experience in building and leading pharmacy trade teams, with a focus on commercialization and launch of specialty pharmaceuticals
Expertise in pharmacy reimbursement models and regulatory compliance related to pharmaceutical distribution
