Position : Senior Energy Efficiency Consultant

Duration : 30 / 09 / 2024 to 30 / 12 / 2024 (Then Possibility for Fulltime Conversion or Duration Extension)
Location : Springfield, MA(Ideal Location) / Manchester, NH or Worchester, MA (Remote, but will be required to come to office for key meetings)
Daily Schedule : Flexible- Hours should be geared toward the teams assigned to. 8 hours between 7am-6pm

Interview Process : One round ideal with the manager and another supervisor via teams. Second round if needed will be onsite

Potential for conversion to perm position or extension : Yes, they are hiring a contractor with the intent to convert to full time employee
Interaction with team : Teams, email, onsite meetings
Work environment : Basic office environment.
Any Travel Required : Optional travel, outside of driving into local office. Opportunity to go on field customer visits.
Summary : This position is responsible for providing energy efficiency project / program management services to key accounts and the most complex programs / initiatives.
This position provides the services directly and through coordination with internal and external subject matter experts.
Regularly involves interaction with regulators and / or other non-Utility EE Stakeholders. Education / Experience : 8 years related experience required.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Typical task breakdown :
- Managing projects, have conversations with customer, contractors, internal engineering, manage project documentation.
- Assigned to a team, working as an assistant to the projects until they are ready to take on more responsibility to projects
Education & Experience Required :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years related experience required.
Technical Skills (Required) :
- MS Office. Excel is a must

- Comfort in an industrial space. All customers will be factory settings
