Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for regulatory operational projects.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including RAID logs and other relevant artifacts.
- Leverage key tools such as MS Office Suite, Jira, Lucidchart, and other project management tools.
- Understand and manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Contribute to validation deliverables for operational control centers and sprints.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience in the life sciences industry.
- Strong GxP regulatory knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Jira, Lucidchart, and other project management tools.
- Veeva RIM (preferred, not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred, not required).
- The candidate should have an EXCELLENT Communications skills.
