About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Speech Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : SNF Experience preferred;
New graduates are welcome License : State License Certifications : None specified Must-Have : Prescreen completed and attached- Resume and license verification attached- Covid test results issued 48 hours prior to start date Job Description : Ensure the prescreen form is completed and attached when submitting your application.
- Attach resume and license verification; incomplete applications will be declined.- Prior experience in SNF is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome.
- Complete a Covid test 72 hours prior to the start date, with results available 48 hours before the start date.- Undergo checks including : - State License Verification - Resume and three references - County Criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Federal Criminal background check (7 years or more) - Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) - Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG Search - GSA Search - Social Security Number Trace - 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray - SAM Search - Oregon State Background - CRIMS (facility run)- Position urgency is normal.
- Bilingual candidates are not required; holiday coverage is not required.
