Branch 3 Field Representative:
The Branch 3 Field Representative will be responsible for conducting commercial and residential inspections in accordance with our standards. This includes inspecting foundations, roofs, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, plumbing systems, windows and doors, interior spaces, and other relevant components. The field representative is expected to provide a comprehensive report with necessary photographs, diagrams, and explanations. They are responsible for the accuracy of the report and will provide necessary recommendations for improvements or repairs. The field representative should strive to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.
The field representative is also expected to be involved in business development activities such as upselling services and products. They are responsible for maintaining customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, providing estimates and quotes, responding to customer inquiries, and following up with customers.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service excellence and be able to provide excellent customer service at all times. They should also be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, have good problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certification and Qualifications:
- Must have Branch 3 certification and remain in good standing with the Structural Pest Control Board.
- Knowledge of pest control methods and preventative measures
- Ability to recognize signs of pest activity
- Ability to identify areas that could benefit from pest control preventative measures
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to calculate measurements and make calculations for proper pest treatment
- Knowledge of safety practices and regulations for handling hazardous materials
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws regarding pest control
- Ability to operate specialized equipment for pest control treatments
- Knowledge of principles of Integrated Pest Management
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Understanding of entomology and pest identification techniques
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of sanitation and disinfection practices
- Ability to troubleshoot problems related to pest control treatments
- Experience in working with a team on projects
- Familiarity with modern pest control technologies
