Constellation Health is looking for compassionate and skilled CNAs to work with patients in hospice care in their homes. We know that Certified Nurse Assistants who want to work in hospice have a heart for patients at this important time in their lives and have a passion for supporting them and their families through their life transition.

Pay : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Positions available in Stamford Area
Requirements :
Licensed driver with good driving record, able to commute to hospice care patients as needed in a small region
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant License
- Understands and has experience with hospice care
- Empathetic, compassionate, and dependable with our patients
