The pay range for this position : $39 - $49 an hour.

What You'll Do :
- Personalized Care : Conduct in-home patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Top-Quality Nursing : Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
- Educate & Empower : Teach patients and their families about health management and self-care practices
- Collaborate : Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Document & Report : Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with regulations
What You Bring :
- Licensed RN : Current and unrestricted RN license in MA
- Preferred Experience : At least 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health. Willing to train the right person!
- Flexibility : Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs and schedules
- Strong Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
