Certification Details
- Must be AHA BLS
- HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics
- Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer
- If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine
- Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in specific areas
- Required annual Fit Test
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Influenza Vaccine required
- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire if applicable
- Health Statement or physical exam
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon / Tspot)
- Varicella immunity required
- Valid Tdap

- RT(R) ARRT Certification required
- 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required.
- Neuro IR experience preferred.
Schedule Information
- Shift 7a.m. - 7 : 30 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, and 1 day during the week
- No call required
