Position Overview : As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role driving the vision and execution of product initiatives, managing the product backlog and delivering high-quality features that meet client needs, market demands and align with overall product strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate the product strategy in line with the business strategy and objectives
  • Own the product roadmap and engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze and prioritize requirements
  • Coordinate and lead organizational efforts to bring products and new features to market, support training, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Convert requirements into clear, concise user stories for the development team.
  • Review and evaluate client-requested features for feasibility and alignment with product strategy.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure that user interface designs align with requirements.
  • Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct research on new product initiatives, industry trends and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings.
  • Research and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop a content strategy aligned to the product(s) under your domain.
  • Promote adoption of your product(s) with Sales to ensure success aligned to our packaging and pricing strategy.
  • Partner with Services to track implementation and ongoing success of the product(s) under your domain.
  • Produce monthly dashboards for executive leadership with agreed upon KPIs
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interpret client requests into outcomes and outputs
  • Proven ability to translate complex requirements into detailed user stories.
  • Experience with backlog management and prioritization techniques.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with design principles and experience working with design teams.
  • Experience in a SaaS company, preferred
  • Experience with compensation management software is not required but a major plus.
