- Responsibilities : leading the proposal development process, including go / no-go and proposal kickoff meetings, content creation, strategic input on project and team selection, layout and design, and close-out / archiving;
- preparation and guidance on interviews; developing marketing materials and content; award submissions; developing and managing the annual marketing plan schedule and budget for identified business unit(s);
coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports; organizing and attending tradeshows and conferences.
Travel may be required.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications, or related field plus four years of relevant experience.
- OR Associate's degree in marketing or related field plus six years of relevant experience.
- OR If no degree, at least eight years relevant experience in marketing, business administration, advertising, or communications.
Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience With :
- Working in the AEC industry
- Leading proposal submissions, specifically Federal responses using SF330s
- Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
- Significant writing and editing

Salary Range : $71 to $97k
Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as experience, skill set, or location.
