About The Position

I m open to submittals for out of CA state licensed clinician who are in progress for their CA licensure. Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing company! Physical Therapists of all levels of experience.
We are seeking motivated, team-oriented clinicians to provide exceptional patient-centric experiences in our outpatient clinic in CLINIC LOCATION.
Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines Requirements / Qualifications : California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong clinical decision-making skills Works as a collaborative team member with other staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 13
