Phone Handling : Answer and direct calls promptly and professionally, ensuring effective communication.
Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently, maintaining an organized calendar for the office.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records and filing systems to support administrative processes.
Customer Service : Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
Administrative Support : Assist the team with various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
Mail Management : Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it is distributed to the appropriate recipients promptly.
Requirements
Experience : Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
