Shift : Variable Nights / Between 7p-7a, 10x4, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements :No First Time Travelers100 mile radius rule, no locals no exceptionsMust have one full year of recent travel experience and 6 months of continuous travel experience leading up to time of submittal (ZERO breaks)Must have all certifications in place and active for the next year
Case Management Experience Required
History of oncology experience, at least 2-3 years in the clinical setting caring for oncology patients4x10 Mon-FriBLS, ONS Certification
COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - Medical / Religious Exemptions OnlyFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Unknown
