The Coordinator provides overall development, implementation, and coordination of the onsite after-school program offered to benefit the youth who live in the apartment community.
This role requires an innovative, proactive individual who excels in an autonomous environment, driving positive long-term outcomes through an understanding of the communities in which they serve.
- This is a part-time (16 hrs / wk)
- Schedule : Monday, 12pm-6pm, Tuesday and Thursday, 1pm-6pm. Schedule is subject to change.
Qualifications :
- One year of social services related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
- Minimum of one year experience in both :
o after-school programs or educational settings for youth
o serving diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competency and community awareness.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook). Basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
