Due to an exciting period of rapid growth, our client is looking for 4 x Customer Service Representatives with hands-on technical experience to join their high-performing Customer Service team based in Smithfield.
Your New Role :
Reporting to a supportive and knowledgeable Customer Care Manager, your role will have variety and a typical day will involve :
- Support customers with product enquiries
- Answer customer and supplier enquiries via phone calls and emails
- Providing customers with updates and changes to their orders
- Liaise with customers and the sales team to prepare and process sales quotes
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of costs and prices
- Supporting the sales team by providing them with potential sales opportunities
- Escalating customer complaints as required

About You :
- Qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering is highly desirable
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Order Processing
- A strong understanding of SAP or a similar ERP
- Ability to work is a fast paced, busy environment
- Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
