Job Details
- Seeking a professional Registered Nurse who speaks fluent Mandarin or Cantonese to perform health assessments for patients in their home and facility settings to assess a patient’s health care status and needs
- Monitor and train Aide staff on patient plan of care and infection control
- Maintain close communication with the Director of Patient Services in the office, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Reporting all issues and concerns to the clinical department immediately.
- Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agency
- Provides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of approved school of nursing
- Current NYS RN license in good standing
- 1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred)
- Able to function independently with minimum supervision
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive independently and autonamously in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting as well as in patients homes
