Construction Project Manager - SCA - Brooklyn, NY
- Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team
- Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project
- Maintain and manage all job site activities
- Be the Superintendent on a NYC public works projects for agencies like the MTA, DDC, NYCTA, and more

The Successful Applicant
Construction Project Manager - SCA - Brooklyn, NY
- 7+ years of Experience
- Experience with MTA projects is PLUS
- Experience working on Civil and Utilities projects for the following Agencies :
- New York City Department of Design & Construction; New York City Economic Development Corp.; New York City Department of Transportation;
Metropolitan Transportation Authority; Metro North Railroad; NYC Schools Construction Authority.
- Experience handling 100% of projects
- Local to New York, NY
- Must have experience building in New York City
- Construction Management or equivalent degree
- $150k- $180k
- DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA - REQUIRED
