Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with and nurture leads from our premium lead system.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings and inspections.
- Advise and assist sellers and buyers in promoting and acquiring property for the optimal price under the most favorable conditions.
- Manage and update catalog of available properties.
- Build networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements :
- Capacity to work independently with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Quick-witted with a capacity to manage high-pressure situations.
- Active real estate agent’s or broker’s license.
