Job Summary :
Responsible for planning the ordering, receiving, distribution and storage of supplies and equipment for the Surgical Services departments.
Develop and maintain appropriate records, whether computer or manual, for documentation of purchase orders, inventory control and department requisitions.
Works with Surgical Services and Materials Management leadership teams to assure accurate department supply par levels are maintained in a cost effective manner.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required :
Education : High School diploma or equivalent, college credits or associates degree preferable.
Experience : Must be computer literate with experience in receiving, distribution and inventory management. Requires the ability to communicate, multitask and prioritize using good decision skills.
Knowledge of Lawson, Meditech and two bin system software helpful.
