Tech USA is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a national premier here in Phoenix. This is a direct hire position and will interview and start immediately.

Don"t miss this great opportunity and apply today.Summary of Position Plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of one or more construction projects, to complete this work in the safest manner possible, at the lowest reasonable cost and in compliance with the client's documents and quality requirements.

Must have experience on the GC level, working large commercial Responsibilities Duties

• Must be responsible for Client needs and ensure understanding in all facets
• Communication and Intelligence of the Client and performing to their needs
• Industry Knowledge
• ID potential issues and resolve them
• Clients goals / needs and objectives are planned
• Schedule and budgets developed to meet those goals / needs
• Schedule and Documentation Processes are followed
• Subcontractor Pre-qualifications
• Develop scope, Pricing and Performance and Contracts
• Anticipate, recognize, and negotiate changes from documented scope of work.
• Internal and External Project Kick-off Meetings
• Attitude of working together with Subcontractors, give and take
• Communication with Project Stakeholders
• Ensure Drawings and Specifications have minimal deficiencies
• Field Operations - Monitoring and Coordination
• Safety - Zero Injury

Internal Relationships

• Must be able to communicate positives, negatives and issues that need to be resolved
• Markets and clients dictate processes and changes
• Processes need to be followed

Requirements :

Job Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in construction or related field.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• Experience working on large Distribution Center construction projects; At least 2 of the following - Healthcare, Entertainment, Office / Retail, Lodging, Big-Box, Education
• Well-developed financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial statements.
• Effective oral and written communication skills required; strong presentation skills and the ability to present a proposal with competence and confidence required.
• Software skills in Primavera Scheduling OR Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office programs.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills and the ability manage multiple, competing priorities.
