High Post Production : This is our finishing department! In high post production (HPP for short), team members could be responsible for completing an array of tasks including but not limited to folding, tagging, labeling, bagging, boxing and counting.
We are looking for team members interested in working shift(s) between 8am and 2am, Monday - Friday in this department.
Inventory Puller : Inventory is a part of our warehouse team! These team members are responsible for pulling, counting, and boxing up shirts of all colors and sizes so they can be sent to the other departments for decorating.
Our inventory pullers are walking every second of their shift so if you love hitting your daily step count, this job is for you! This department has openings on Weekends between 8am and 4pm, or week days between 8am and 2am.
Doghouse Folder : If you enjoy playing eye spy or are a pro at "Where's Waldo", we want you here! Our team of folders are the front line in giving our customer quality garments to enjoy.
Team members in this department may be responsible for checking dyed shirts for rips, tears, seam errors, uneven dye spots, and more.
Once the shirt has passed the test, the team member will then sort the shirts into stacks and fold them into clean and crisp piles.
This department is searching for team members who have availability on weekends between 8am and 4pm or between 6am and 2am week days.

Skills (qualifications) Keen Eye for Detail + Meticulous + Self-Starter
- High school education desirable, but not required
- Basic computer experience required-excel, word, tablet
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to read and understand work orders and profiles
- Must keep work area clean and orderly
- Can organize work flow
- Follow safety practices. Identify problems and work to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards
- Work actively with others to get the job done
- Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours
- Ability to be stand for 8-10 hours a day
- Previous production experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to efficiently lift 30-50 pound boxes
- Open to other duties as assigned
