Benefits Specialist
Location : Fort Myers, FL
Job Type : Temp to Perm
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Salary : $30.00 per hour
Job Description :
Our client specializes in storm protection products and services, including storm panels, hurricane shutters, and impact windows and doors.
Operating in storm-prone regions, they are dedicated to safeguarding homes and businesses from hurricanes and severe weather.
We seek proactive candidates with a positive attitude committed to continuous improvement. While being bilingual is a plus, it is not a requirement.
Responsibilities :
- Administer employee benefits programs using Paycom
- Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct benefits orientation and open enrollment meetings
- Assist with benefits audits and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits records
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration with Paycom
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications :
Bilingual in English and another language
