Pre-Construction Manager

A company is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager, Data Center Delivery and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise in construction contracting methods and compensation methodologies

Model standard business processes to ensure compliance with corporate policies and manage risk

Maintain strong vendor relationships and collaborate on strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar field, or equivalent practical experience

10 years of experience in program or project management

7 years of experience in a leadership role

Experience in construction commercial / cost control, supply chain management, or contracts management
